Overview
This is a high-impact, senior engineering role ideal for a systems thinker with deep experience in defence, aerospace, or other complex technology domains. You will work closely with the Radar Product System Design Authority and lead the engineering activities that turn concepts into cutting-edge capability.

The Job
- Lead system-level design and analysis for phased array Radar systems
- Apply ISO 15288 systems engineering principles across the full engineering lifecycle
- Manage and decompose requirements using tools like IBM DOORS Next
- Create architectural models with CATIA Magic or Enterprise Architect
- Plan and execute integration, verification, and validation activities
- Support customer engagement, product evolution, and acceptance processes
- Provide technical direction to engineering teams and act as a key decision-maker in system design reviews
