Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days & nights. 6:45 - 7:00

Salary: £34,240.92 per annum + site bonus scheme up to £800 per annum

Location: Nuneaton, CV10 7RG. Free car parking on site.

You will make contributions that matter by:

  • Taking charge of your own area on the production floor, making sure everything runs smoothly and hits (or beats!) our targets for quality, food safety, and cost.
  • Running and looking after production equipment from setting up and keeping things clean, to making sure everything's maintained and ready to go.
  • Spotting and fixing any machine issues quickly, so we keep things moving without a hitch.
  • Working with a variety of packing machines - no two days are the same!
  • Following our tried-and-true processes and safety guidelines to keep everything running safely and efficiently.

You are best suited for the role if you have:

  • Hands-on experience in a production or processing environment within food, medical or a high care product.
  • Experience working with packing machines before.
  • A proactive and confident approach to working on your own, but also being a real team player.
  • A calm and flexible approach in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where priorities can shift quickly.
