About you:

Nobody’s Child are currently looking for an experienced store manager to join our iconic Spitalfields Store. Reporting into the Head of Retail, and acting as our best brand ambassador, you’ll represent our brand, bring excellent customer service skills and live and breathe our core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Drive standards to deliver a personalised, engaging shopping experience, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.
• Drive sales by leading from the front, maximising customer interactions, and encouraging upselling and cross selling.
• Ensure the team is knowledgeable about Nobody’s Child’s collections, sustainability initiatives, and best sellers to enhance the customer journey.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, nurture, recruit and retain your team to ensure a positive culture, to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand the brand ethos and service expectations.
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and represent the brand with confidence.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and in line with Nobody’s Child’s visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Support till operations, including refunds, and daily closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring shopping environment, including till areas and fitting rooms.

Ideally, you\’ll come with experience in managing a store in a similar fast paced elevated retail environment and brand to hit the ground running. You’ll bring a strong talent for customer service, team management, relationship building, and an impressive eye for commercial opportunities.
