Are you seeking an opportunity to drive the development of industry leading port qualifications? Are you excited by the chance to build content for two new strategic apprenticeship programmes?
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Learning and Development Specialist to join our growing apprenticeship team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training programmes aligned to our new in-house apprenticeship provision. From digital content creation to programme facilitation, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, apprentices and external providers to ensure every learning experience is impactful, inclusive and fit for the future of maritime logistics.
What you will bring:
- Strong instructional design and digital content expertise (Articulate, Storyline, Rise etc.)
- Experience in supporting apprenticeships or structured learning pathways
- Great communication skills and stakeholder confidence
- A learner-first mindset with strong attention to quality
- Full UK driving licence preferred and ability to travel across ports
