Regional sales manager - Europe and Middle East required for this established luxury tour operator based in a fantastic location in central London. Sales management/team leader experience within another tour operator or luxury long-haul travel company is a must, with a salary around £45k, great uncapped team bonus plus great benefits. Hybrid, 4 days in the office.

Regional sales managers Europe and Middle East duties:

  • Looking after an experienced luxury sales team of 5 people, hands off, helping the team achieve sales targets through mentoring, training, regular 1-2-1s etc.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and competitive environment where everyone thrives.
  • Recognise and reward top performers.
  • Implement innovative incentives and team building activities.
  • Continuous training, learning and development.
  • Help organise regular fam trips.

Regional sales managers skills required:

  • Sales management/team leader experience in the travel industry, specifically within luxury travel or a tour operator.
  • Able to work on a hybrid basis, 4 days a week in a central London office.
  • Proven experience of working with a team and increasing sales.

Additional information:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
