We have a great opportunity for an experienced social media professional to bring their creativity to a varied and fast-paced role in healthcare regulation. Your expertise in social media and excellent customer service skills will make a difference to doctors, patients, physician associates, anaesthesia associates, students and other stakeholders across the UK during an ongoing challenging time in healthcare.

About the Social Media Specialist role

This role is an exciting opportunity to tell our story in a creative, clear and authentic way across multiple social media channels. Day to day, you might be:

  • Working with colleagues across the organisation to develop and deliver strategic, evidence-based social media plans that meet the needs of our diverse audiences and align with our wider strategy.
  • Identifying, creating or commissioning creative, informative and engaging content - posts, articles, podcasts, videos, infographics and more - as part of wider communications campaigns to help bring our messages to life.
  • Tracking performance and trends across our channels, using this insight to evaluate and improve what we do.

This is a hybrid role between home working and office working, you'll work one day a week in the office, or more if you prefer. We may ask you to attend the office on additional days where necessary, for example team meetings. We are happy to support a range of flexible working options. Flexible working requests will be considered in line with the policy.
