Our client, a successful Artist Management company representing pop artists, is seeking an adaptable Senior Day-To-Day Assistant. Working closely with their talented Artist Manager and supporting team, this role would suit a candidate with previous experience working within the international marketing team at a frontline label and will be based around the Artist’s working activities. The role offers a flexible work pattern, based between the office space, home, and location. Driving licence and own car ideal. London based.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Artists to enable their working productively.
- Serving as a main point of contact between the Artists and the wider teams.
- Reporting to the Artist’s primary managers.
- Handling extensive and complicated diary management, meeting scheduling, booking travel, handling expenses and booking recording sessions.
- Meeting regularly with the Artists in person to elucidate tasks, workflow and diary plans.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the day’s activities and communicate this to the Artist regularly.
- Keeping communication with the Artist to send reminders of the next meeting or call.
- Helping the Artist manage time across multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within the international marketing department of a label essential.
- Experience supporting a successful artist in their day-to-day business activities ideal.
- Experience working across multiple time zones essential.
- Willing to work remotely or in person and travel abroad occasionally.
- Highly organised, supremely punctual with proven prioritisation skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- An authentic interest in the arts.
- Resourceful and adaptable approach to work.
- Clear communication skills.
