Password Services Air Conditioning Ltd is a leading provider of equipment, controls and services for heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and security systems. We are looking for HVAC & Refrigeration Services Engineer to join our fantastic HVAC Service team! In this role, you are the primary contact for providing top quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems. We work within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.

What you will do:

As a HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be working on service, maintenance and repair work on various HVAC&R equipment installed at our clients’ facilities. This is a mobile role within the Midlands area. In this role you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving highly complex systems.

What we look for:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, which includes packaged air handling units & gas heaters.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components within walk in cold rooms, small display cabinets, freestanding freezer & chillers, cellar cooling & ice machines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
