You are a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) with expertise in housing building maintenance and refurbishment. You possess a strong understanding of contract management and landlord/tenant matters, and have the ability to effectively manage client/contractor relationships. You are experienced in housing maintenance service delivery in urban environments and can communicate complex information effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.

As a Building Surveyor in the Task and Finishing Team, you will provide specialist surveying and technical services for 'high-risk' major works projects on social housing estates. Your role includes conducting feasibility studies, supervising contractors, undertaking condition and structural surveys, and providing expert advice for maintenance and refurbishment projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Additionally, you will engage with staff, stakeholders, and contractors to assist in auditing projects and evaluating contract administration, maintaining customer-centered standards throughout.
