At Prospero Group, we are expanding our specialist Cyber Security division and seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take the lead in driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and helping top talent connect with leading organisations in this fast-paced, in-demand industry.

Your role:
- Build and manage a 360° recruitment desk within the Cyber Security space
- Develop strong partnerships with clients across multiple industries (finance, tech, government, etc.)
- Identify and engage top cyber security talent, from Analysts to CISOs
- Mentor and support junior consultants as we grow the team
- Stay up to date with trends in cyber security recruitment to offer expert advice
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Tech/Cyber Security or a related market
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for the cyber security sector and a desire to become a market specialist
