What you’ll be doing
- Support the test and diagnostics of electronic sub-assemblies during all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Provide engineering input during design and development to ensure testability and readiness for production.
- Introduce and manage test facilities, equipment configuration, and documentation (test specs, operator instructions).
- Diagnose production failures down to component level using both manual and automated test systems.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum HNC in Electronics or a related field (HND/Degree preferred).
- Proven experience in digital and analogue electronics manufacturing and test.
- Solid understanding of electrical test principles, fault diagnosis, and test equipment operation.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP) for test documentation and non-conformance reporting.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate clear technical documentation and reports.
