About the Role:
PWS is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team on a freelance basis. The role involves estimating electrical works on domestic properties, with a particular focus on communal and close lighting in residential blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for electrical projects
- Survey sites and assess requirements for upcoming works
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project scope and costs are well-defined
- Ensure estimates comply with relevant safety and industry standards
Requirements:
- ECS Gold Card (mandatory)
- Clean UK Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, particularly in domestic and communal settings
- Proven experience in electrical estimating
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A company vehicle can be provided if required
Rate: £200 - £350 per day depending on experience. This is freelance work on a project-to-project basis, but for the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role in the future.
