D365 Test team

At Columbus, we value collaboration, trust-building, curiosity, and delivering customer success. By joining our Testing team (24 members globally), you will have the opportunity to contribute to these values while continuously developing your skills and knowledge.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Define project testing scope, goals, and deliverables that support quality goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associate communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve testing goals.
  • Set and continually manage Testing expectations with team members and other stakeholders and identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule testing timelines and milestones using appropriate Test Management tools.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Travel and Hybrid Working

For this role the expectation is that you will be able to travel to our Nottingham Offices (NG1) regularly as required however there is flexibility.

About You (The Essentials)

You bring a minimum of 10+ years of test management experience within Microsoft Dynamics, preferably from a Consultancy business. Furthermore, you have:

  • Demonstrable, relevant Dynamics product knowledge for the role.
  • Commercial mindset and pre-sales knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
  • Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve.
  • Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues.
  • Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
