Job Description
- Set up and operate roll forming equipment, presses, and supporting machinery.
- Achieve and maintain production targets, reporting any issues impacting performance.
- Take ownership of product quality, ensuring all parts meet the required standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and quality records.
- Promote and sustain 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and processes.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cold roll forming processes.
- At least 5 years experience in setting and operating a cold roll forming mill.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
