We are looking for a dynamic Facilities Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of our iconic venue. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for safety, efficiency, and excellence, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leadership & Compliance: Lead the Facilities team and ensure all venues meet the highest standards of safety, legislation, and operational readiness.
  • Maintenance & Systems Oversight: Manage all aspects of building systems, planned maintenance, and life safety infrastructure to keep our estate fit for purpose.
  • Project & Contractor Management: Oversee CapEx projects and contractor performance, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.
  • Financial Stewardship: Control substantial FM budgets, aligning spend with asset lifecycle priorities and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Event Operations: Lead facilities support for all stadium events, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and recovery for world-class experiences.
