ISE Partners is working with a leading European investment firm to find an exceptional Team Assistant fluent in Italian or Spanish, to join their high-performing London team. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven support role offering exposure to the UK, Spanish and Italian markets. You will work alongside intelligent, internationally minded colleagues and play a key part in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic investment environment. You will need to be confident, calm under pressure, and have experience supporting demanding senior professionals β ideally within private equity or financial services.
What youβll do:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings across time zones
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and visas
- Process expenses accurately and in line with internal systems (training on Concur available)
- Prepare and print presentations and documents for meetings
- Provide classic Team Assistant support β from booking couriers to welcoming high-profile guests
- Coordinate meeting rooms and maintain high professional standards throughout
What weβre looking for:
- Proven experience in a high-level assistant or team support role
- Excellent English β both written and spoken β plus fluency in Italian or Spanish
- Professional background in private equity, asset management, or financial services
