Reporting to: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Purpose: To drive outbound and inbound sales for PNI Events (Rolling Minds), manage key client relationships, and support the development and delivery of creative, high-impact event experiences. You will play a vital role in growing our event portfolio and delivering unforgettable moments for world-renowned brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling, cold outreach, emails, LinkedIn etc.
- Use Apollo as the primary tool for sourcing, managing, and tracking sales leads.
- Use Aircall to make and log all calls efficiently and professionally.
- Transfer confirmed leads only into Pipedrive, which is used as the main events delivery platform.
- Handle inbound event enquiries and convert them with high success rates.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records and activities within Apollo and Pipedrive.
- Build and update sales templates for emails, messages, and responses.
- Follow up on payments post-event when required.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Attend larger events to network and represent PNI Events (Rolling Minds).
- Gather testimonials and reviews from clients after events to support future sales.
- Support the BDM in nurturing client satisfaction and retention.
Creative Marketing & Platforms:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales brochures, POS materials, and social media content.
- Keep all third-party platforms (e.g. Feast It, Kerb) fully updated with strong visuals, reviews, and content.
- Propose and implement new marketing ideas to attract leads and raise brand awareness.
Event & Admin Support:
- Occasionally support events (including weekends) when asked by your line manager.
- Understand event briefs and client expectations to better communicate during the sales process.
- Maintain an organised and compliant Google Drive following the company’s file structure.
- Support internal reporting and sales insights with the BDM and accounting team.
Skills & Experience:
- Sales experience in events, hospitality, F&B, or a creative industry is preferred.
- Confidence in cold calling and client-facing communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Experience with Apollo, Aircall, and Pipedrive is highly desirable.
- Passion for food, drink, and experiential events is essential.
