About the Role:
- Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
- Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged with their learning
- Manage classroom behaviour following each school's policies
- Report back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson
- Support students in line with their individual needs
What We're Looking For:
- Confident individuals with strong communication skills
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable (but not essential)
- Graduates or career changers welcome
- Adaptability and calm under pressure
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (we can assist)
