Sense has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Finance team as our Finance Business Partner. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week based at our office in Selly Oak, Birmingham. The role offers a hybrid working model, with in-office presence 2-3 days per week.
The successful candidate will provide a high-quality business partnering service to operational management, enabling informed financial decision-making regarding current and future services. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing regular, timely, and accurate financial management reports such as budgets, forecasts, cost centre reports, analysis, and commentaries.
- Ensuring non-financial managers can interpret financial data to understand the implications of their decisions.
- Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems used operationally and within the finance team, suggesting improvements where needed.
