About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in the execution of complex construction and utility projects. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations and supervising onsite teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work complies with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Managing site logistics, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Acting as the interface with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues.
  • Monitoring budgets, productivity, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
