Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators (e.g., Hilton Hotel) to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian or Coqfighter, from their existing kitchens. Although we've raised significant investments and are a profitable business, we're still a young and small team. We’re scaling quickly (UK → international soon) and are bottlenecked by automation. We have more customer demand than our current technology can handle.
As our first senior/lead product engineer, you will be a key part of our rapidly growing startup. You will have the opportunity to build beyond the limitations typically found in larger firms, directly shaping our data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and cutting-edge AI solutions from the ground up. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for learning and career development, allowing you to develop a diverse skillset while making meaningful contributions in an environment that values innovation and fresh perspectives.
Stack: TypeScript · Node.js · React · NestJS · Tailwind · Postgres

- Greenfield: Performance marketing optimization (multi-armed bandits)
Ideal candidate traits:
- Fast, curious, hands-on
