About the Role

You will be a key member of our Customer Technology team within the Marketing Practice, supporting our expanding technology portfolio, especially around Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Workflow / Marketing Resource Management (MRM). Your role involves supporting clients across various industries to implement cutting-edge technology solutions. Your main focus areas will include:

  • Marketing Technology Architecture, including collaboration across Commerce, Service, and Digital Products
  • Content Supply Chain: Enabling marketers and agencies to deliver cross-channel content efficiently
  • Personalisation: Improving customer experiences
  • Data Orchestration: Seamless data integration across platforms
  • Product ownership, project management (agile), and core consulting skills
  • Exploring the impact of Gen AI and future technologies on content management

Your Responsibilities

You will support the growth of our CMS/DAM/MRM capabilities and knowledge base. Demonstrable experience in the following areas is essential:

  • Leading technical implementation and design projects for Personalisation (B2B or B2C)
  • Supporting CMS/DAM/MRM vendor selection and independently managing technical work streams, products, and requirements backlogs
  • Understanding Enterprise Architecture, CMS/DAM/MRM capabilities, and mentoring teams on technical aspects
  • Knowledge of customer data sources and activation channels for personalisation at a technical level
  • Shaping technical designs and advising on best practices within enterprise architecture
  • Facilitating workshops and supporting client pitches and proposals
  • Working effectively with diverse stakeholders and in agile delivery environments

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Extensive industry experience with CMS, DAM, MRM, and digital delivery projects
  • Deep functional expertise in at least one core platform (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, Aprimo, Contentful, Bynder, Optimizely, Contentstack, Drupal, Sprinklr)
  • Previous experience in marketing technology delivery or consulting roles
