A leading Property Development and Investment Company, with a track record in providing places for the next generation, Wykeland have a passion for delivering sustainable regeneration projects across the North of England. With 2 million sq.ft, leased to over 200 tenants, the portfolio stretches from Grimsby to Glasgow and in managed through the in-house team.
With an active portfolio prime for value-add initiatives, the group would like to hire an experienced Asset Managers to the Head Office in Hull.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Strategic management of a mixed sector portfolio.
- Management of new lettings, lease renewals and existing tenancies.
- Identifying and progressing opportunities for value creation across the portfolio, overseeing refurbishment programmes and asset repositioning.
- Identification & execution of strategies to reduce void and maximise rent collection.
- Ensure the accuracy of tenancy data from onboarding to expiry.
- Liaise with the development team in developing assets to ‘investment standard’ including letting advice and support.
- Manage third party providers, including agents, solicitors, property managers and building surveyors
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Finance team in respect of service charge budgets and reconciliations
One of these appointments will be an entry level position, so candidates seeking support with their APC are encouraged to apply. Organised in approach, you will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, willing to take the initiative to resolve problems.
