We are the largest legal conveyancing company in the UK, providing valuable warm leads of people already in the house moving process. Our Sales Executive role offers an opportunity to sell our award-winning service to those who need it!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SALES ADVISOR
- The main purpose of this role is to persuade customers to use our service for their property transactions. You should be knowledgeable, persuasive, and have excellent conversational and sales skills.
- Sell the benefits of Simplify Conveyancing to clients referred by our member estate agents, ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using warm leads to discuss their conveyancing quotes.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to email queries.
- Maximize conversion from lead to sale to meet growth and sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Previous sales experience in a sales role.
- Ability to commute to St Ives, Cambridge.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- IT proficiency (email, internet, keyboard use).
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining sales results.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
