Opticore IT are currently searching for a PMO Analyst to join a major hospitality network upgrade programme within a large hospitality client. You will join our Project and Programme Management Practice, based in Dunstable 2 days a week. This opportunity is vital to the successful delivery of the programme and will involve comprehensive financial management, governance, reporting, and risk oversight across a complex, multi-site technology rollout.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain full financial oversight of the programme, including CapEx, RevEx, and OpEx tracking.
- Manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders (POs), receipting, accruals, and invoice reconciliation across multiple suppliers.
- Maintain and enhance programme governance processes, templates, and standards.
- Produce and distribute high-quality Executive Packs and Programme Dashboards for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Own and manage the programme-level RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Support change control governance, ensuring impacts to scope, cost, and schedule are assessed and recorded.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager, workstream leads, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on programme goals and delivery status.
- Utilise and maintain project and PMO tools such as MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, PM3, or equivalent.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a PMO Analyst or Programme Analyst role supporting large, complex technology or infrastructure programmes (£50M+).
- Strong background in financial management, including CapEx, RevEx, OpEx, POs, receipting, and accruals.
- Proven ability to create high-impact executive reporting and dashboards.
- Skilled in risk, issue, and governance management within a PMO structure.
- Experience working on large-scale network infrastructure or technology deployment programmes is highly desirable.
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Oracle Fusion, PM3.
