Bolton Impact Trust (BIT) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, and multi-skilled Teaching Assistant to support our dedicated team from September 2025. The successful candidate will assist pupils in accessing both academic and vocational packages tailored to their individual needs and understanding.
The position requires a commitment of 29 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Youth Challenge provides education for pupils not currently in mainstream settings, often those who have been excluded or need additional support to remain in school. Many pupils have Special Educational Needs. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, personalized education to facilitate successful transitions back to mainstream school or into employment, education, or training.
