Job Description:
- Ensure all artwork/products meet or exceed quality requirements and customer expectations.
- Operate various printers and plotters (digital print machines, vinyl plotters, etc.).
- Use software programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other creative tools.
- Maintain, record, and order sufficient studio stock levels to match or predict production needs.
- Maintain and clean all relevant equipment promptly.
- Provide, promote, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Support all roles/departments within the company as needed to meet business needs.
- Follow all company instructions, including verbal instructions from your line manager, written memorandums, health & safety policies, and employee handbook.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure product consistency, including effects, colour matching, and production efficiencies.
- Follow all production protocols and procedures to ensure high product quality and performance.
- Adhere to departmental health & safety procedures daily.
- Report any deviations from production protocols, errors, or product abnormalities to your line manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with digital print machine operation preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
