Job Description:

  • Ensure all artwork/products meet or exceed quality requirements and customer expectations.
  • Operate various printers and plotters (digital print machines, vinyl plotters, etc.).
  • Use software programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other creative tools.
  • Maintain, record, and order sufficient studio stock levels to match or predict production needs.
  • Maintain and clean all relevant equipment promptly.
  • Provide, promote, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Support all roles/departments within the company as needed to meet business needs.
  • Follow all company instructions, including verbal instructions from your line manager, written memorandums, health & safety policies, and employee handbook.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure product consistency, including effects, colour matching, and production efficiencies.
  • Follow all production protocols and procedures to ensure high product quality and performance.
  • Adhere to departmental health & safety procedures daily.
  • Report any deviations from production protocols, errors, or product abnormalities to your line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with digital print machine operation preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
