Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner with deep experience in broking and insurance recruitment. If you’ve hired Account Handlers, Brokers, or Specialist Insurance talent before and you love diving deep into niche markets like aviation, energy, or reinsurance, we want to talk. This is not a standard recruiter role. It sits much closer to executive search and requires someone confident navigating complexity, building pipelines from scratch, and acting as a strategic sourcing partner to stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with two senior stakeholders, embedded in a tight-knit, high-performing team
- Build detailed talent maps and research pipelines across complex, specialist insurance verticals
- Drive outreach, engagement, and candidate relationships (you’ll be the first point of contact)
- Run market mapping and proactive sourcing – this is a 180° role, not full-cycle recruitment
- Support with offer stages, while managing smooth handovers of candidates to hiring leaders early in the process
- Help the business scale effectively and reach BAU hiring momentum during a growth period
What We Need From You
- You must have experience hiring in the insurance/broking industry
- Deep understanding of how an account handler, broker, or technical underwriter operates
- Executive search or strategic sourcing background – especially market mapping and passive talent engagement
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with hiring leaders, without owning full-cycle process
- Positive, proactive energy – someone who can bring structure to chaos
- Collaborative by nature – this team works closely together and values a people-first approach
- Experience in an agency or in-house role welcome
This is a rare opportunity to embed yourself in a business-critical project within one of the most exciting, fast-scaling teams in specialty insurance. If you want to be at the heart of smart, human-led hiring (with zero KPI pressure), let’s talk.
