Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant – Hinckley

Location: Hinckley. Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay).

We have Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities with flexible working patterns in various retail stores. Travel may be required; having your own vehicle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms; cleaning fixtures where required.
• Reprofiling the fixture to ensure each product is shoppable.
• Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
• Supporting the store with replenishment as needed.
• Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores; shifts can be 10–12 hours, including days and nights (most shifts are nights).
• Access shifts via the Field Power platform and clock in/out using the RAS Dashboard on a smartphone; occasional travel for local work.
• Accommodation provided when required to stay away from home.

Key Skills / Experience

• Attention to detail; good eye for detail.
• General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting involved.
• Hard-working with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail preferred; training provided.
• Problem solving and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; applicants must be 18+.
