Role Summary: The Digital Events Executive will manage the end-to-end delivery of the organisation's webinar programme. The ideal candidate is experienced in planning and executing virtual events, understands digital marketing principles, and is data-driven. This role contributes directly to demand generation efforts and internal enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the full webinar lifecycle, including topic ideation, scheduling, and delivery
- Develop and manage digital campaigns to drive webinar registrations and engagement
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, speakers, and marketing assets (email, social, landing pages)
- Track webinar performance metrics including lead flow, engagement, and conversion
- Maintain campaign dashboards and provide actionable reporting
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to develop high-value content
- Ensure webinar content aligns with brand positioning and thought leadership
- Support the development of sales enablement materials and internal training content
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering webinars or virtual events in a B2B or service-driven environment
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., email platforms, webinar tools, CRM systems)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Desirable:
- Experience with platforms such as Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, ON24, or similar
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation tools
