Brown Brothers in Kirkconnel are currently looking for a maternity cover Training Administrator. The hours of work are 8.00am β 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The salary is Β£27,846 per annum.
Job Purpose: You will provide administrative support to the Training Department/Training Centre in relation to staff development, training courses and Modern Apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Onboarding process
- Ensure training trackers and qualifications are kept up to date, maintaining refresher dates for compliance
- Ensuring work instruction records are accurate and current
- Assist in the scheduling of training sessions and progress review meetings, including room bookings, materials preparation, and communication with staff and managers
- Support the Training Centre by creating candidate folders (digital and physical)
- Organise candidate certificate handovers, ensuring a photo is taken as evidence
- Printing documents to be uploaded to Mitrefinch
- Ensure relevant up to date progress reviews are sent to department manager and candidate
- Complete employee evaluations and highlight any issues to managers/HR
- Organise and carry out food hygiene and refresher training to ensure compliance
- Upload training documents to Mitrefinch in a timely manner
- Ensure Training Centre trackers are kept up to date, including equality, achievement rates and feedback data
- Distribute EV reports to both assessors and Training Centres
