We have an exciting opportunity for individuals to express interest in future House Manager roles in the Henley in Arden, Stratford Upon Avon, Solihull, and Redditch areas. McCarthy Stone is building a Talent Pool to support our vibrant McCarthy Stone Retirement Living developments, where you will be the first to hear about vacancies in your preferred locations.
Hours: Typically 25 hours/week, Monday to Friday
The role: This diverse role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a vibrant retirement community as a House Manager. No two days are the same, and you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality property management and homeowner engagement.
Key responsibilities for a House Manager:- Managing the day-to-day operations of the development
- Building proactive and effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Representing and promoting the McCarthy Stone brand at the development
- Encouraging activities for homeowners and fostering a vibrant community
