This is the job: Are you a performance-driven marketer with a passion for growth, innovation, and fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Paid Channel Acquisition & Content Lead to join our transformation team on a high-impact secondment. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a new mobile vehicle servicing proposition during its critical early investment phase. You’ll lead the charge on customer acquisition and brand engagement through all paid and external marketing channels. From PPC and paid social to SEO and local events, you’ll be responsible for building awareness, driving conversions, and optimising performance across the board. Please note, this is a 9–12-month fixed term contract.

What will I be doing?

  • Developing and executing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, display networks, and more.
  • Managing SEO and SEM strategies to boost visibility and organic growth.
  • Collaborating with creative teams and agencies to deliver compelling, on-brand content.
  • Planning and supporting local events to drive regional engagement.
  • Continuously testing and optimising campaigns to improve CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting on performance and providing actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Ensuring all activity aligns with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.

What do I need?

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing across paid media (PPC, social, display) and SEO/SEM, with a strong grasp of campaign analytics and optimisation.
  • Track record in fast-paced, growth-stage or start-up environments, ideally within investment-backed initiatives or test-and-learn models.
  • Experienced in managing external agencies (media, content, PR, social, events) to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling.
  • Skilled in planning and executing local events and communications to drive regional engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and proactive, with the ability to balance creative thinking and analytical rigour while thriving in ambiguity and fast decision-making.
