What will you be doing? As a Parts Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and verifying for quality and description, parts stock and other goods from suppliers.
• Receiving incoming motor vehicle parts into the department and putting stock into the correct locations.
• Ensuring stock is stored carefully, kept secure, and in saleable condition.
• Accurately identifying, locating, and picking parts for workshop staff and customers.
• Ensuring every opportunity is taken to sell older and slow-moving parts.
• Seeking new ways to increase parts and workshop sales by identifying customer needs and incremental items to sell.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 5:30 pm.

• Confidence with IT systems alongside call handling

• Previous experience working as a Parts Consultant or in an aftersales department would be a distinct advantage for this role.
