Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to assist their team on an interim basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Job Summary

  • £14.50- £15 per hour
  • Temporary ongoing
  • Andover
  • Full-time office-based, Monday to Friday 8.00am- 4.00pm OR 9.00am- 5.00pm

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, escalating enquiries where necessary
  • Assist in ad hoc customer audits
  • Demonstrate effective product knowledge and build customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with logistics and warehouse teams
  • Arrange customer orders and returns
  • Liaise with the planning team to ensure successful delivery and communicate shortages
  • Support product lifecycle management and notify stakeholders of changes
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within FMCG
  • Experience resolving customer complaints
  • Ability to resolve customer issues satisfactorily
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with third-party logistics companies
