18 Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi Traders to carry out maintenance works for our social housing client. This is a temp-perm position with a van provided.
Main duties include:
- Carpentry
- Lock fits/repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Painting & decorating
- Other Multi Works as required
Social Housing experience, Blue CSCS Card, full tools and a UK driving licence are essential for this role. Candidates must also have a qualification eg. NVQ, City & Guilds, Blue CSCS.
