Your Role
- Manage the preschool and wrap-around care
- Lead and inspire the preschool team
- Provide quality care and education for all young children
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily running of the preschool providing a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment with a play-based curriculum
- Support and motivate staff through inductions, supervisions, and meetings
- Monitor and improve quality and care standards, reflecting on practice to meet families’ and children’s needs
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative standards including EYFS and Ofsted
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 4 Childcare qualification and willingness to train
- Level 2 maths qualification (or willingness to train)
- At least 2 years’ management experience
- Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
- Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards in childcare
- Effective communication and leadership skills
