This is a temporary ongoing position which will lead to a permanent contract for the right person. We require a 7.5 Tonne Driver to shunt finished products to their customer in a timely manner. Hours of work would be Monday-Friday day shift and backshift on a weekly rotating basis hours will be 07:00-15:18 days and 16:35-00:53 backs.
Duties of the role:
- Loading the vehicle with the product
- Driving finished products to the customer in a 7.5 Tonne vehicle
- Unloading the finished products at the customer's dock
- Using SAP system to scan products in and out
- Picking up empty stillages to take back to the factory
- Unloading empties back into the factory
- Replacing full stillages with empty stillages
- Working to dispatch timings
Essential Experience:
- Candidates must hold a valid CPC and a digital tachograph card
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Previous delivery driving experience
