The predicted salary is between 25000 - 42000 £ per year.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 42 hours/week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on rota basis.

Due to expansion, Lookers BMW Stoke is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join their workshop. You will carry out vehicle health checks, services, and repairs alongside experienced technicians. Reporting to the aftersales manager, Leanne Creswell, you will receive ongoing support, training, and career progression opportunities, including manufacturer accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric training.

Our technicians deliver first-class customer service. We welcome qualified Vehicle Technicians or experienced Mechanics from dealer groups or independent garages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
  • Conducting vehicle services per manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
  • Performing additional repairs with customer approval
  • Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure faults are rectified
  • Completing all relevant paperwork to high standards

The ideal candidate will have workshop experience, be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification are required. MOT licence is a bonus. Experience with the brand is advantageous but not essential; brand accreditation training can be provided.
