Cogent Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing and distribution company based in Elland for a temporary Shipping Administrator.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am β 17:00, Β£12.75 - Β£14.75ph, Weekly Pay
What Youβll Be Doing:
- Preparing shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.
- Tracking shipments and coordinating imports while liaising with different teams.
- Requesting transport quotes for truck, air, and ocean freight deliveries.
- Assisting with export/import processes and customer communications.
- Ensuring shipping documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards.
- Supporting the resolution of shipment issues to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Maintaining inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
