  • Working alongside teachers and support staff to provide the best possible education.
  • Helping students develop independence and confidence to prepare them for life beyond school.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree or a minimum of four years of prior Teaching Assistant (TA) experience.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A resilient and positive approach to managing classroom behaviour.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching strategies.
  • Experience in education or supporting children with Autism is beneficial but not essential—your attitude and enthusiasm matter most!
