Ideal candidates are positive team players with previous customer service experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and flexibility to work various hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member Include:

1. Welcoming customers warmly and genuinely.
2. Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.
3. Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to management.
4. Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards.
5. Conducting temperature checks and recording results as per procedures.
6. Completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
7. Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
8. Adhering to performance standards and shift instructions.
9. Contributing to the restaurant\’s goals and targets.
10. Maintaining cleanliness and restocking in operational areas.
11. Reporting work-related incidents or injuries promptly.
12. Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required.
