Are you a passionate and committed GP looking for your next role in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our surgery is a well-established, patient-focused practice based in the heart of Swindon, looking to welcome a new GP to our experienced and friendly clinical team. They are an established training practice and also heavily involved with medical research.

The Practice:

  • Modern, purpose-built premises with excellent facilities
  • Patient list size: approx. 11,000
  • Highly skilled team including ANPs, pharmacists, and paramedics
  • Strong focus on quality improvement, staff wellbeing, and work-life balance
  • Home visiting team
  • High QOF achievement and active involvement in local PCN initiatives
  • Training practice with medical students and GP registrars

The Role:

  • Up to 8 sessions per week (days negotiable)
  • Mix of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
  • 25 patients per day (13/12 split)
  • 10 & 15 minute appointments
  • Shared clinical and administrative workload
  • Opportunities to develop special interests and take on additional responsibilities
  • Supportive onboarding for newly qualified GPs
