Due to high levels of customer demand and increased order volumes over the busy summer period, we’re looking for Line Leaders to join our production team on a fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality produce to our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Quality
- Prepare production lines and ensure smooth shift start-ups.
- Maintain machinery cleanliness and complete pre-start checks.
- Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and legal standards.
- Monitor team attendance and encourage motivation.
- Lead daily Top5 meetings and communicate KPIs.
- Promote teamwork, respect, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment.
- Manage raw materials and finished product stock effectively, minimising waste.
