About the Role

We are exceptionally excited to be recruiting for a business administrator to support our Meadow Nursery based in Blackpool. This role is for 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday-10.00am to 2.00pm) and will help and support the nursery manager with key deadlines and the nursery management team with:

  • Ensuring the safeguarding of children is given highest priority at all times
  • Organising and co-ordinating all office based administrative tasks at the nursery ensuring all records and documents are maintained in full and complete at all times in line with MiChild policy and statutory requirements
  • Ensuring that family system is up to date and complete at all times
  • Ensuring that all staff and children files are kept up to date at all times
  • Assisting with debt management
  • Assisting with weekly ordering
  • Assisting with parent enquiries and invoicing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail

  • Previous administration experience in nursery environment (Desirable)
