The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Enjoy a 35-hour working week with hybrid flexibility that fits around your life. Start your week with home-based work on Monday, head into the office Tuesday to Thursday, then wrap up your week from home again on Friday. You can choose your start time between 7.30am and 9am and finish early on Fridays - sometimes as early as 12.30pm.

On top of that, you'll get 33 days' holiday including bank holidays, with the option to buy up to five more days if you need it. A matched pension scheme up to 8%, private medical cover, and a discretionary bonus that usually adds 10-25% to your salary, split across two payments each year, round out the package.

You'll be working in a finance function that's growing and evolving. As the business moves towards a more corporate structure, you'll gain hands-on experience in shaping systems and processes. You'll also get involved in a new ERP implementation planned for 2026, which will boost your technical and operational finance skills.

  • You'll help improve how financial information is used across the business, working closely with departments to make sure the data reflects real performance. This is your chance to influence how finance supports operations and decision-making.
  • With a growing business and an expanding finance team, you'll have the opportunity to step up into a more senior position over time. You'll take ownership of key financial processes and help shape the team's development.

What you'll need

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA, with management accounting skills.
  • Strong skills in Excel (think pivot tables and XLOOKUP) and a good grasp of IT, ideally including tools like Power BI or process automation.
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and a desire to influence how finance adds value.
