The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

AP Personnel are delighted to have sole agency on this vacancy for our client who is seeking a Group Reservations Agent. The successful candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring all enquiries are answered within an agreed time frame.
  • Handling all signed contracts and being in constant communication with contract partners to ensure all group bookings are up to date and correct.
  • Supporting the strategies and objectives of the departments whilst also taking ownership for assigned areas.

You will ideally have a degree within hospitality; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided. You should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Previous experience within a reservations role and a sales background is highly preferred. It is considered essential that you are able to work independently, are well organised, and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
