The Leicester Sales team are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative support and handle customer feedback effectively.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Leicester office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • New group onboarding: Complete the checking and collating of information required to onboard new group applications.
  • Sales support administration: Take responsibility for completing all administration to support the sales team.
  • Feedback: Responsible for all feedback from customers about products and service and to ensure that feedback is logged and queries dealt with in the appropriate manner.
  • Regulation: Work within the industry guidelines, completing training on data protection, secure email, and annual information security training.
  • Process improvement: Help identify efficiency savings and process review by working with the wider business.

  • Back-office support experience within administration.
  • Experience using Sigma and Harpa is beneficial.
  • Interaction with internal teams such as account managers is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated to be proactive in completing work and personal development.
  • Well organised and able to manage own time effectively.
  • Attention to quality and detail to ensure a successful and smooth output.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
