We are looking for a motivated individual to be our next Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Tucker Gardner team based in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. With an OTE of £24,000+, industry-leading training, and a supportive team, you will have everything you need to succeed and build a successful career.

What We’re Looking For:
Do you have a natural ability to communicate and persuade? Are you confident, competitive, and resilient? If you answered yes, we would love to hear from you! Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry, we can teach you everything else you need to know!
Your Role:
- Generate and book new client prospects
- Qualify and service new applicants
- Carry out property viewings
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support)
- Provide outstanding customer service
