This is achieved by assisting clients in services such as Change Management, Test Automation, Testing Strategy Development, Test Service Implementation, and Test Process Improvement.
Within your role, you will be part of the testing excellence team that builds test plans and executes testing required to successfully evaluate a diverse set of applications at all stages of development, from concept through post-launch. This requires the ability to develop a long-term vision for testing while being adaptable to meet immediate customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and understanding on the creation, maintenance, and improvement of QA tools.
- Organize and prioritize work requests from multiple teams effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation for team projects.
- Understand identified defects and follow through to resolution, keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
- Collect and analyze data about testing to help QA prioritize test suites.
- Script and develop test cases within a testing framework.
- Gather test data requirements and design test scripts across different environments.
- Design and execute primarily E2E and integration tests.
- Experience with Test Management tools such as HP QC, Jira, Zephyr, Xray, and Bugzilla.
- Experience in designing and testing test cases.
- Good understanding of various testing methodologies and categories.
- Experience using API testing tools.
- Effective communication skills with managers, team leaders, team members, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technologies, including web, client-server, web services, and databases.
- Experience in fintech testing is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong data structures, analytical, and algorithm problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with Scrum methodology is an advantage.
